Our work at Transform Communities Staffordshire CIC is all about creating safe, fun and engaging opportunities for children, young people and families. Below you’ll find a snapshot of the activities and sessions we deliver across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

From youth clubs filled with games, music and creative arts, to holiday activity programmes that keep young people active and healthy during school breaks, our gallery shows the variety of experiences we provide. You’ll see young people enjoying sports sessions, from boxing and football to dodgeball and tennis, all designed to build confidence, teamwork and wellbeing.

We also capture the energy and excitement of our family fun days, where entire communities come together to celebrate, share a meal and take part in activities. Alongside this, our mentoring and one-to-one support work is reflected in the positive moments of growth and achievement for individual young people.
